Dr. Christensen and the staff of Mobile Veterinary Practice believe that a pet’s diet can have a big influence on their health and well being. With so many different brands of pet food available from all different sources, it can be somewhat confusing to pick a quality food. That is why we will be happy to answer any questions you have about an appropriate diet for your pet. Dr. Christensen recommends and sells Royal Canin and Purina pet foods. These diets are of the highest quality and have many different formulations, allowing us to recommend a formula that is suitable for your pet. The line of prescription foods include formulas for the following conditions:
· Overweight pets
· Pets with sensitive stomachs
· Pets with changes in kidney function
· Pets with a history of urinary problems
· Pets with severe allergies
We have had several success stories where switching a pet to a higher quality food has resulted in a marked improvement in that pets health, and have seen many cases where a prescription food has helped alleviate or improve health problems.
